I figure the best way to start my blog is with three pieces I did in my Drawing for Illustration class that really helped loosen me up and pave the way for new stuff. All three are done with gouache and ink and the Birdcage piece was in the Society of Illustrator's student gallery in the American Museum of Illustration in New York. : D
